How Long Is The Warranty Period For?

For complete peace of mind we offer 2 Years Warranty on all Joolca products. Any warranty claims need to come back to Joolca HQ for repair. In the off chance you need to make a warranty claim you won't be out of pocket at all. We cover shipping costs both ways and all parts and labour.

How Long Will A Warranty Repair Take?

Once we receive the item back to us, we normally have it fixed up and on its way back to you within 2 days. If its absolutely urgent, we are known to send a replacement unit out to customers before the unit they are returning has been received.

What If I'm All The Way Out In Rural QLD, How Do I Claim Warranty Repair?

We will send you a return slip with eParcel, which means that you’ll just need to stick this label onto the return box, and drop it off at any Post Office. They will take it off your hands and return the item back to us, at no cost to you.

I'm On The Road Full Time And Don't Have A Permanent Address?!

No problem, give us a call and let us know where you’ll be heading through next. We’ll ship your item there and you’ll have it waiting for you at the post office.

Where Are Warranty Repairs Conducted?

We do all of our warranty repairs in-house at our headquarters in Campbellfield, Melbourne.
