Do we offer express shipping?

Express Post is offered for most items with Australia Post. Exclusions include power banks, the mounted tent range and the ENSUITE Triple.

Can we ship to a PO box:

No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long does delivery take?

• We ship from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders before 12.00 PM AEST typically get shipped out the same day.
• We ship with Australia Post, Toll IPEC, or Allied Express, depending on your order and location. 
• We ship to PO Boxes ONLY for small items (e.g. accessories and spare parts)
• Express Post is offered for most items with Australia Post - excluding the Power Bank, the Mounted Tent range and the Ensuite Triple. Click here for more details.
